Dr Reetika Aggarwal - Principal Dentist - GDC 85288
Reetika qualified as a dentist in 2005 gaining her BDS from Manchester University. She then went on to work as a vocational dental practitioner for a year before becoming an associate dentist from 2006 - 2012.
In 2012 she took ownership of Claremont Dental Practice and since then has made some positive changes. Whilst she undertakes all forms of dentistry, including both NHS and private work she has also trained with Facial aesthetics in the form of antiwrinkle injections, Dermal filler, medical-grade skin care and chemical peels . Reetika has a caring approach to her patients and always provides the best possible dentistry. She maintains active interest in keeping up to date with courses and presentations.
Outside her professional life she can be found spending time with her two daughters and son and husband.
Dr Sadia Kanji - Associate Dentist - GDC - 113444
Sadia gained her BDS from the University of Manchester in 2007 and has worked in general practice since. Sadia enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and obtained the Membership in the Faculty of Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh in 2009. During the years has undertaken numerous postgraduate courses and joined Claremont dental practice in 2018. Since joining, Sadia has also undertaken the Manchester Sedation Course and trained in IV sedation for nervous dental patients.
Beyond dentistry she enjoys baking, going to the gym and spending time with her friends and family.
Radha Patel - Associate Dentist - GDC- 192604
Radha Patel qualified from Birmingham university in 2010 and has gained considerable experience in general dentistry. Since she graduating she has furthered her knowledge by completing a post graduate certificate in root canal treatment and aesthetic dentistry and has enjoyed carrying out short term orthodontic treatment.
Outside of dentistry she enjoys travelling, practicing yoga, reading and spending time with family and friends.
Radha has recently returned from Maternity after the arrival of her first baby.
Nikki Chand - Associate Dentist - GDC 270691
Gavin Harrington- Dental Therapist - GDC 260377
Gavin works at the practice as a hygiene therapist. He see's our patients routinely for hygiene visits and keeps them educated on their oral health. He currently works at the practice one day a week.
In his spare time he loves to go on bike rides.
Heather Thorman - Dental Therapist - GDC 256541
Heather qualified and gained her Level 3 National Diploma in dental nursing in 2012. She then went to further her studies and gained a her certificate in radiography in 2014. She decided to further her career and began training to be a dental hygiene therapist and gained the Diploma in dental therapy and hygiene in March 2015. She Joined Claremont in October 2015 and is our first and only dental hygienist. She describes herself as dedicated and ambitious as well as being approachable. In her free time Heather enjoys horse riding and competes in competitions with her horse Jacob.
Stacey Mackenna- Dental Nurse/Receptionist
Stacey qualified as a dental nurse in 2011 with a NVQ Level 3 in dental nursing and she joined the practice in October 2019. Stacey works in surgery assisting with NHS and private patients and is also part of our reception team.
She's married with a little girl and boy
Stacey enjoys spending time with her family.
Cherelle Warrington - Head Nurse- GDC -267039
Cherelle joined the practice in 2021, she has 13 years of experience in dental nursing. Cherelle is very passionate about dentistry and has taken on a role here as head nurse. She works alongside the owner to ensure the practice is run smoothly and often assists on the reception desk helping patients with their queries.
Outside of work Cherelle loves to spend time with her family.
Layla Syed - Trainee Dental Nurse
Layla joined the practice as a trainee dental nurse in 2021.
Layla is studying towards her Diploma in Dental Nursing. She works in surgery assisting the dentist with all the patients and helping the team.
She is married and has a English Bulldog called Loki.
Nicola Brooks - Trainee Dental Nurse
Nicola joined joined the practice as a trainee dental nurse in 2021. Nicola is be studying towards her Diploma in Dental Nursing.
She works in surgery with the dentists and hygienists as well as helping out on the reception desk.
Previously before becoming a trainee dental nurse Nicola travelled the world whilst being part of cabin crew for Emirates.
Emily Walker - Dental Nurse GDC - 276441
Emily joined the practice in 2021 as a dental nurse. She works in the surgery assisting the dentist and also spends time on the reception desk greeting & book patients appointments.
Emily enjoys the gym outside of work and spending time with her friends and family.
Joyce Miller - Receptionist
Joining the practice in 2019, Joyce works part time on the reception. She has been a qualified dental nurse since 1978 and has now decided to slow down and join our team.
